Health, safety & environment (HSE) is our number one operational priority. We place it first in everything we do. Our aim is to ensure that all of our colleagues and consumers work in a safe environment.

We believe that each of us at Compass has a moral obligation to safeguard each other, our customers and the environment by operating a safe, injury-free and healthy workplace, serving food that is safe to eat, nutritional and which minimises our impact on the environment.

Our wealth of experience in leading sports and leisure venues and events involving tens of thousands of visitors and spectators has given us unique insights into the inherent risks in these operations. With this in mind, we approach our obligations to ensure an incident-free and low-risk contracting model is delivered.

Our HSE Management System has been developed over many years, based on statutory obligations, client requirements, our practical day-to-day experience of HSE practices in action.
