Developed by a highly skilled team of dieticians and nutritionists,  Balanced Choices is a complete programme of great tasting, healthy, nutritionally balanced meals that are in use across all our market sectors. It has three key elements:

  • Menus and Recipes
    The Balanced Choices menu range offers a wide selection of healthier foods, plus a great selection of fresh, seasonal products from sustainable sources.
  • Knowledge Staff
    The success of Balanced Choice rests with the people who deliver it. Before we even put Balanced Choices in front of our consumers, our people undergo specific training in how to prepare the dishes and to enable them to give the best advice to consumers in choosing the right meal options for them.
  • Informed Choices
    To help consumers make informed decisions about what they eat all Balanced Choices dishes and take-away products such as sandwiches use a system of clear, coloured icons to identify healthy and environmentally friendly choices such as “low fat”, “dairy free” and “sustainable fish stocks” on packaging and other key information points.
