Fundación Integra: Woman’s Academy 

Our project in partnership with Fundación Integra recruits and trains women from minoritised groups, including those with care responsibilities, the unemployed and victims of domestic violence. 

Fundación Integra supports people in socially excluded communities and people with disabilities by providing opportunities with job placements.

Our project in partnership with Fundación Integra recruits and trains women from minoritized groups, including those with care responsibilities, the unemployed and victims of domestic violence. Through the Foundation’s grant, we provide access to mentoring, employment opportunities, and offer six-month scholarships. 

Compass Group Spain supports these women to receive an official kitchen assistant certification, and our colleagues volunteer to help run the project.
