Vocational Training and Social Transformation programme

Enhanced practical training involving work placement opportunities for 180 students. 

The Vocational Training and Social Transformation Programme (VTST) training programme has been specially designed for students between the age of 18-25, from low income and underprivileged backgrounds.

The project combines the VTST programme with practical training involving work placement opportunities for 180 students. Some trainees will be given additional financial support for the duration of the programme.

On completion, some students will be selected for further training on job specific skills at SmartQ, Compass' food tech business in India.
