Compass Group PLC (“the Company”) announces today that Sir James Crosby, Non-Executive Director, has decided to step down with immediate effect. 

Sir Roy Gardner, Chairman, said “On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank James for the significant contribution he has made to the Company over the last six years.”
